Online payment

Pay your registration or any other amount online by card, or by bank transfer.

Pay your registration fee

Open your conference page, choose your fee in the registration table and click Make payment. The amount and conference are filled in for you.

For additional services (co-author certificates, proceedings, an additional guest) or any other amount, use the secure payment page.

Payment methods

  • Credit or debit card on the secure payment page at conferencepay.com. International payments must be enabled on your card.
  • If the online payment fails: pay by bank transfer or cash deposit, where available. The bank details are in your acceptance letter; for help, email [email protected].
  • The payment confirmation from the payment gateway is not the final confirmation: wait for the conference schedule mail from the organiser.

After paying

Email your payment receipt, registration form and mobile (or WhatsApp) number to [email protected], with the conference name and your paper ID in the subject line.

Cancellations and refunds follow the rules and regulations (section B).
