- If your slides contain videos, make sure they are embedded and play correctly.
Poster presentations
- Maximum poster size: 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 × 4 ft).
- Print your own poster and bring it with you.
- Set up your poster in the morning before the opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session.
- One of the authors or co-authors must be at the poster during the poster session for discussion.
- Use large text that can be read from a distance.
Virtual presentations
Live video presenters submit an abstract or full paper, which goes through the peer review. After you confirm your participation, the organising committee arranges a test run shortly before the conference and tells you how to connect and present. After the conference you receive the certificate of presentation and the proceedings.
