How we use the personal details you send us.

This page explains what personal details Robotics Forum collects through this website, why, and how long we keep them.

What we collect

  • Paper submission and listener registration: your title, name, institution, country, email, phone, WhatsApp number (optional), paper title, paper file and message.
  • Conference alerts: your name, email, university, designation, country, state, city and topics.
  • Contact form: the details you type in the form and any CV you attach.
  • Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider at conferencepay.com. We do not see or store your card details.

Why we use it

  • To review your paper, register you for the conference and send you your certificates and publication details.
  • To answer your questions and applications.
  • To send conference alerts you subscribed to. You can stop them at any time by emailing us.
  • Published papers show the authors' names and affiliations, and may show their email addresses (see the rules).

Who sees it

Your details are used by the Robotics Forum conference team and reviewers. We do not sell them. We share them only with services needed to run the conference (email delivery, payment, proceedings publication), or when an embassy asks us to confirm a registration by official email.

How long we keep it

Submissions and registrations are kept as conference records. Alert subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, email [email protected] from the address you used.
