-
Review by two reviewers
Each paper is peer reviewed by two internal or external Robotics Forum reviewers before it is accepted for the conference.
-
Decision by email
The decision is sent to your registered email address. Check your email and mobile regularly: all notifications come by email and mobile only.
-
Registration
If your paper is selected, confirm your registration before the last date of registration. Registrations after that date are not considered.

Follow the submission guidelines and use the online paper submission form on the website. You can also email your paper to [email protected]. The paper template (sample paper) can be downloaded from the website.
How long is an oral or poster presentation?
Each presentation is scheduled for about 10 to 15 minutes, including time for questions and discussion. Bring your presentation file on a USB drive or your own laptop.
Does Robotics Forum offer poster presentation sessions?
Yes. Accepted posters are shown in the poster presentation session and included in the conference proceedings. The recommended poster size is 36 × 48 inches (3 × 4 feet). Bring a printed poster, put it up before the conference starts and take it down after the poster session.
Can I present online instead of attending in person?
Yes. Robotics Forum conferences are held in a hybrid format. Virtual presenters present by video conference (Zoom) for up to 10 minutes; choose the virtual presenter fee when you register.
Where will my accepted paper be published?
Accepted and registered papers are considered for the official conference proceedings, and each paper is assigned an online DOI registered through Crossref. Extended papers can also be sent to an associated international journal on the author's written request; the journal reviews the paper and charges its own publication fee.
When will I receive my registration payment receipt?
An official receipt for the registration fee is given at the onsite registration desk at the venue. If you need an electronic receipt before the event, contact the conference secretariat.
